How many people can attend a Group Personal Training Class?
Each class has a maximum of 20 participants
How long does each class last?
With a duration of 45 minutes, our classes are designed to seamlessly fit into your busy schedule. This is for both Group Personal Training and Youth Fitness
Where do I sign up for the class time I want to attend?
We utilizing a scheduling software called MindBody. You can download the app or book on our website. All you need is a free MindBody account and a Full Range Fit Membership. The class schedule will be available on our class schedule page. Click Here or on the MindBody App.
How many classes should I attend a week ?
For optimal results you should attend 3 classes a week consisting of a Push, Pull and Metabolic Conditioning day. Our memberships offer a maximum of 3 classes a week to prevent over training.
If I have a youth fitness membership how many classes should my child attend ?
Your child should attend the 2 scheduled classes a week for their age group
I have never worked out before are these classes for me?
Yes, each class will have an experienced trainer demonstrating the movements and offering modifications and support throughout the entire class.
Do you have showers?
No, we do not, but we do have changing rooms available
How are you measuring my heart rate ?
We utilize a best in class heart rate monitoring software called Myzone. If you have an Apple Watch you pay $25 a year and your heart rate will be displayed on one of our many displays throughout the gym. Don’t have an Apple Watch? No problem, we offer Myzone bands for purchase at a discounted rate starting at $40.
Do I have to schedule the class time I want to attend ? Or can I just show up?
You must schedule your class on the MindBody app or from our website. We have a class size limit of 20 members. Signing up for your class reserves your spot and ensures that we maintain favorable member to coach ratio.
