With our private personal training sessions, you can expect a personalized program designed to maximize your results. These sessions can be 1:1 or small groups up to 4 people. Our trainers will assess your current fitness level, listen to your objectives, and create a tailored plan that suits your abilities and aspirations.
Before committing to a contract, we provide a complimentary consultation with one of our experienced trainers. This consultation allows us to understand your goals and determine if our team is the right fit for you. We believe in the importance of a strong trainer-client relationship to achieve optimal results. During the consultation, you will have the opportunity to review health history, fitness history, goals/motivations, nutritional habits and discuss pricing packages and time commitments.
