Introduce your child to the world of fitness with our engaging youth fitness program. Specifically designed for kids aged 9-17, our group personal training classes are the perfect opportunity for them to enhance their strength, agility, and overall fitness. With a maximum of 20 kids per class and a duration of 45 minutes, our youth fitness program provides a fun and supportive environment for your child to thrive. Join us and give your child the chance to discover the power of fitness in our exciting youth fitness classes.
Age Group 9-13
This pre-adolescent class focuses on teaching proper biomechanics and motor skill development. We prioritize creating a safe environment where your child can learn coordination, build confidence, and understand how to move their joints through full ranges of motion. By incorporating light weight loads, we aim to decrease the risk of injury while fostering strength and resilience.
Monday and Wednesday
Age Group 14-17
Tuesday and Thursday
These classes focus on biomechanics, resistance training, and conditioning movements. The goal is to promote enhanced coordination, improve motor skills, boost cardiovascular fitness, prevent injuries, and support healthy weight management. These classes, teenagers can develop a strong foundation of fitness knowledge and skills for a lifetime of well-being.
